ABOUT US
BENNETT PROPERTIES
Bennett Properties began in order to restore and preserve the disappearing buildings of Seattle.
After starting with small projects in the West Seattle area in the 1970’s the mission grew along with the inventory. The company’s mission is to foster small businesses and activate community connectedness.
These historic buildings allow for tenants to become a part of a vibrant district as well as express themselves in their spaces.
