Bennett Property Management has recently integrated a new management software that allows for current tenants to pay rent, submit maintenance requests, give notice of planned move outs, and many more features!
GETTING STARTED
If you are a tenant and have not yet activated your portal please do so either of these 2 ways :
EMAIL OR TEXT
You’ll have received an Online Portal Activation email or text message from Bennett Property Management.
Click Activate Now in the email, or tap the link in the email, or tap the link in the text message to establish a strong password to activate your portal.
SIGN UP ONLINE
Click Request access to the portal and input your information.

APPFOLIO PORTAL
Our management team is now using Appfolio for all tenant communications- you can text or email us through your portal at any time and we will respond back through the portal.
