FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Our office is located in West Seattle, next to Luna Park Cafe. We do not have open office hours so please make sure to schedule a visit if needed. All rent is due on the 1st of the month. We offer multiple ways to pay :

    • Checks can be mailed to 2914 SW Avalon Way Suite A, Seattle WA 98126
    • Checks can be dropped to our West Seattle office which has a secure mail slot at the right of our front door. If rent is being paid in cash it will need to be scheduled to pay in person with us. Do not drop cash to us without an in person arrangement.
    • Card payments can be made online through Appfolio – you will need to activate your account to do so. All card payments have third party processing fees.
    • ACH payments can be made online through Appfolio – you will need to activate your account to do so. These payments have smaller third party processing fees.

YES! We now accept payment online through Appfolio – you will need to activate your account in order to do so. All card payments have third party processing fees so we recommend ACH payments since they are smaller base fees.

We require all interested persons to submit a prescreening application to us. We then require all applicants to attend an open house to view the unit they will formally apply for. Once in attendance they will be sent a link to an online application to fill out fully. Only complete applications will be able to be processed.

-Adequate source of income / steady employment, or adequate funds available for at least six months of rent, utility costs and living expenses. 

-Previous rental history (must have at least 2 prior landlord references)

All persons 18 years and older must apply.

Upon being approved, a lease agreement will be offered to the first qualified applicant and they will have 48 hours to accept the terms before the unit is offered to the next qualified applicant.

Initial terms will be 6 months with the option to renew at the end of the term. We do not offer month to month or short term tenancy. When signing the lease agreement the 1st month’s rent is due along with the refundable security deposit.

No, we do not. We require our occupant of the premises to maintain full liability of their own lease terms.

We have a select few apartments that are pet friendly with the addition of a refundable pet deposit. But all of the efficiency studios are single occupants only and no pets are allowed.
