OUR CRITERIA

We carefully screen all applicants – this means application processing times can vary and cannot be predicted. We reserve the right to disqualify applicants with false information provided. Applications with insufficient information will be emailed or mailed back to applicant and will be subject to review in the new order received in office. Applications with sections that are not filled out will not receive a response as they are considered incomplete.

Application review is subject to the following criteria: Site requirements of the premises, personal background history or evictions in the last 7 years, income, debts, employment, and previous tenancy. We do not allow subleasing in any of our spaces. We do not allow second party applications. We do not offer a wait list of any kind. In the case of an application being accepted, applicant must accept tenancy within 48 hours and be able to pay 1st month’s rent, the security deposit, and any other applicable costs on or before the day of the lease signing.
